Growfast Securities & Credit Private Limited is blessed to have clear growth prospects in the future due to one man, the sole visionary – Shri Rajendra Kumar. He is an experienced Chartered Accountant who has practiced the profession for nearly 44 years. A humble man who is always in good mood preaching the values of empathy, self-dependency and creative thinking. His optimism gleams out in the toughest of times and it was him at the helm when our company went through its transition phase. We look up to his extraordinary analytical mind which circles out errors in financials like clues hidden in some ancient treasure map. His true sense of responsibility defines his character best, as he looks after every part of his life – from business, inner self to children and family in the most earnest manner possible. 

In 2005, the third generation of the family joined the company as its directors taking up the whole-sole responsibility to take forward the legacy and ready the business for the 21^st century.

Director, Operations & Marketing, he is a graduate in Business and Management Studies from the University of Bradford, United Kingdom. He also holds an additional degree in Bachelors of Commerce from the Delhi University. When it comes to business, he is determined and a sincere professional who doesn’t prefer to play around the bush. The company finds him to be a man of actions with excellent communication skills, persuasive in its very nature. He holds the ability of multi-tasking and getting the team together at anytime possible. People in his contact are generally of the opinion that it is almost impossible to outwit him in any form of talk.

He holds an additional degree in Bachelors of Commerce from the Delhi University. Although Mr. Aditya is his twin brother, he shares a completely different skill set and carries a distinguished persona. He looks after the business in respect to client relations, compliance and matters of negotiations. While researching he is thorough – not a figure in the sheets goes missing off his eyes. The common perception of him calls for a seasoned diplomat who knows his ways around people.

In addition, he holds a degree in Bachelors of Commerce from the Delhi University. Exceptional managerial skills exhibited consistently over a methodical framework is his specialty. Well versed in organizational proceedings, he has taken up the charge to overlook all the finances and back-end operations of the company. He firmly believes in core planning and completes every goal with time efficiency, which no doubt leaves an impression of him being a rigorous business player. He occupies the minds of people around him as the one to rise against odds to control a crisis situation.
